As the company continues to grow, we are looking to hire a Recruiter / Office Assistant position to assist the Office Manager with scheduling, recruiting, and maintaining a pool of eligible caregivers, along with promoting engagement and employee retention for the home care agency. Recruiter / Office Assistant responsibilities include: Source and screen candidates Assist with hiring process of caregivers: processing applications, background screening, interviewing, and references Assist with the onboarding process of caregivers Maintain current employee files and credentials up-to-date Assist with daily administrative tasks Participate in staff training Provide backup scheduling assistance, coordinate caregiver and maintain client schedules Assist with staffing client cases when they become open Provide on-call backup support when transitioning to the field is needed. Must be flexible and comfortable transitioning with minimum notice The ideal candidate will have: H.S Diploma Two years of related recruiting or related experience and/or training Proficient computer skills At least 2 years of Caregiving experience. HHA Certified or CNA preferred.
