Position:
Accounting Manager
Kukulu LLC has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager in our Honolulu HI office.
This position will primarily provide support services for companies providing support to SCA contracts in multiple geographical areas.
The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and provide services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations finance department.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a high paced office, providing support to multiple organizations with diverse work locations.
This position is on site and is not a remote work position.
Reports to:
Controller
Oversees all areas of accounting responsibility and manages AP/AR, Payroll and Accounting staff.
May perform various accounting functions to support AP/AR, Payroll, Contracts and Finance.
Duties typically include but are not limited to:
Salary range:
$90K-$100k
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees all areas of accounting responsibility and manages AP/AR, Payroll and Accounting staff.
May perform various accounting functions to support AP/AR, Payroll, Contracts and Finance.
Duties typically include but are not limited to:
Financial Statement Preparation and Review
Financial Statement Analytics
Cash Monitoring and Management
Oversight of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist
Ensuring Banking, Audit, & Tax Deadlines and Reports are completed..
Ensuring Contract Forecasting and Setup is completed.
Communication with Controller / Chief Financial Officer on Process Improvement
Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
BA in Accounting
5 Years minimum accounting experience
