We tell engaging stories to millions of viewers, and we are looking for a Product Manager to join the streaming DTC Ad Product Team for our suite of products. Role Summary: Join Warner Bros Discovery's streaming Ad Product team to own the in-player advertising experience across mobile, CTV and web. You will define and maintain ad UI/UX (timers, disclosures, skip logic), drive ad break guardrails, steward a portfolio of in player ad products, and support international ad tier launches. You'll partner with Design, Ad Tech, Engineering, Creative Studio and Sales to create clear product requirements and go-to-market one-pagers, ensuring consistency and brand safety across all regions. Key Responsibilities: Define ad UI/UX standards: establish and maintain player ad UI elementstimers, disclosures, skip logic and controlsto ensure consistency across devices and markets. Drive ad break behavior & guardrails: set and enforce rules for ad break triggers, dwell times, cooldowns and frequency caps; work with playback engineering and QA to ensure parity. Maintain the ad product portfolio: keep specifications current for in-player ad products and enable configurable brand/region variations; stay abreast of industry trends and competitor implementations. Support international launches: collaborate with regional PMs to prepare requirements, readiness plans and product testing for new ad tiers or market launches. Produce documentation and go-to-market materials: create crisp PRDs, PR/FAQs and one-pagers for Sales and cross functional partners; ensure all stakeholders understand feature scope and value. Coordinate across functions: work with Ad Tech, Playback Engineering, Design, Creative Studio, Sales and Data Science teams to prioritize roadmaps, plan releases and deliver high quality experiences. Define metrics & insights: set key performance indicators (e.g., fill rate, viewer engagement, complaints per million starts) and use data to inform decisions; iterate based on insights. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to streaming video or advertising technology. Demonstrated ability to define product vision and roadmaps, write clear PRDs/requirements and drive cross-functional execution. Strong collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority and work with designers, engineers, QA and business stakeholders. Analytical and data-driven mindset; experience using metrics to inform product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting concise PR/FAQs and product narrative documents. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ad-supported streaming products, including video playback, ad insertion and compliance. Knowledge of international market requirements and experience launching products globally. Understanding of creative specs and ability to partner with design and creative teams. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $116,413.00 - $216,196.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
