Who you are: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will provide nursing care to patients in a short-term observation unit designed to assess and manage patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be dedicated to making a positive impact on the experience of our patients. What you’ll do: Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data. Employ critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC. Serve as a mentor for your team. Join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients. What you’ll bring: 1+ years of experience as a RN. Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH. American Heart Association BLS certification required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred. BSN strongly preferred.
