Description

Primary Objective:

The Marketing Manager is a key position responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. They will create demand for ZwickRoell products in the North American market with a strong connection to the Corporate Marketing Team in Germany. They will be responsible for working with product experts and colleagues to plan and execute Sales and Marketing campaigns, help promote new products and services and produce marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads. They will help determine marketing budgets, targets, and develop pricing strategies for products and services. They will work to support marketing, creative direction, and communications. They will help quantify marketing efforts and discover the ROI for each campaign and initiative. This position will be responsible for leading the creation of targeted group content based on focus industries and products. The candidate will support website content creation locally including webinars, SEO, landing pages, white papers, and launching advertisements on various digital channels. Your time will also be spent preparing content for customer communications, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and video concepts. The candidate will interface with content managers, ZwickRoell in Germany, and external partners to develop digital marketing tools, tracking analysis, and marketing automation such as Hubspot.

Requirements

Experience/Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 plus years' experience in the following disciplines:
  • Experienced leader, able to successfully coordinate a team.
  • Highly proficient in managing complex projects with the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
  • Expert experience using Hubspot is a must have. Similar Marketing Automation or Customer Relationship Management Software is also helpful.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, and the ability to plan complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Linkedin and Google Ads
  • A passion for customer relationships and business development.
  • Occasional international travel required (Germany)
