The position:

As a Server at The Bancroft you are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience. Whether its through a warm greeting upon arrival, assisting a guest with our menu items or building relationships with our regulars; you get to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our guests. A Server is responsible for being an expert on our food, wine, beer and cocktail menus, providing responsible alcohol service, handling cash and having fun

Server candidates should have a minimum of 1 year server or bartender experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant.

**Hours for this position are 10 am to 4 pm.**

* Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
