Senior Electrical Engineer (Lenexa/Cary/Broomfield )
GBA, a professional, full service architectural and engineering firm isseeking a qualified candidate to fill an Electrical Engineer position in ourLife Sciences group in either our Lenexa, KS, Cary, NC, orBroomfield, Colorado office. This group specializes in the work in thePharma/Bio-Pharma industry and serves many of the top companies as anintegrated team of architects, engineers, commissioning specialists, andproject managers. GBA offers the opportunity to work on a large variety ofprojects from start to finish, in a collaborative team environment, withroom for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:Project Management multi-discipline teamFinancial management of project budgetsClient, Owner, Contractor interfaceElectrical power systems design including switchboards, generators,ATSs, and UPSsPower distribution medium and low voltagesArc Flash, coordination, and short circuit studiesElectrical load calculationsFacility evaluations, assessments, engineering studies, and trouble shootingProject QA/QCOversight and expertise to provide direction for inexperienced staffRequirements:Licensed Professional Electrical EngineerBS in Architectural Engineering or Electrical EngineeringMust have a minimum of 8+ years of related experienceProficiency in Revit is highly desiredSKM or etap experience is beneficialOrganizational skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenInterested in working in a collaborative team environmentInterpersonal skills necessary to influence and communicate with a diversegroup of clients and coworkersProficiency in Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, OutlookSalary Range is between 110K-180K depending on experience and locationIt s More Than Just A Job
