The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, with expertise in virtualization and storage platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.


The responsibilities will include the following,

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Administer ESXi virtualization infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and optimization of virtual machines and clusters.
  • Manage and optimize Active Directory services, including user and group administration, group policy management, LDAP integration, and more.
  • Oversee storage platforms such as Dell PowerVault, including provisioning, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance. Identify and address performance bottlenecks through optimization and tuning.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices across IT systems, including patch management, access controls, and threat detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular system audits to maintain the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure the integration of their products and solutions.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to junior engineers and technical support teams as needed.


Qualifications for this role will include the following,

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
