Looking for a bilingual customer care representative to assist with our agencies customer experience. Our customers are like members of our family so any candidate must be able to show a great deal of empathy and exhibit strong communication skills. Organization and the ability to complete assigned tasks are also a must.
Tasks Include:
Customer Payment Calls
Customer Claim Calls
Scheduling Appointments
Answering Phones and Taking Messages
Data Entry
