- Administrative Support
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, assessments, and client appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Office Managemet
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies when needed
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure the environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Record Keeping
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Handle confidential patient and client info with discretion
- Prepare and manage reports and spreadsheets when needed
- Human Resource Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and coordinate training sessions
- Support HR-related activites such as timekeeping.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist vendors, clients, and visitors
- Address inquiries for service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Foster positive relationships with clients and external partners
