COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.
Essential Functions
Completes Psychosocial Assessments within 72 hours of admission.
Responsible for completing and updating the BH Master Treatment Plan.
Conducts group, individual and family therapies.
Responsible for case management/discharge planning.
Assesses patient's progress and documents appropriately.
Collaborates with team to include but not limited to psychiatrists, nurses, mental health technicians, recreation therapists, utilization management, administration and outside agencies.

Minimum Education
Masters Degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
Current NC License as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPA or LMFT preferred
Current NC License as an LCAS preferred.
Handle with Care Certification required with 6 months of hire or transfer into the position.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
