A Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. They may also be responsible for generating new business by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. Other duties may include conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are typically required for this role. Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service Assist clients in providing

our services and offerings Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention Contribute to the development of new client relationships and business opportunities Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat Provide product and service information to clients Troubleshoot and resolve client issues Collaborate with team members to improve client experience Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role but not required Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and phone etiquette Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required
