Position Title: Director, Client and Practice Development

What You'll Be Doing:

Role and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, particularly those from BIG 4 public accounting or private equity/venture capital firms.
Develop and implement innovative strategies for practice development and client acquisition.
Serve as a primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to align practice development strategies with the company's overall goals.
Be prepared to contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, embracing the versatile nature of the role in a dynamic team environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications and Skills:

A strong background in BIG 4 public accounting or experience with private equity/venture capital firms is preferred.
Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a knack for bringing new ideas and strategies to the table.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player mentality, with a willingness to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
