Role Overview: As a Client Manager , you will be the face of our company, building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across the home counties . Your focus will be on driving new business generation while also providing account management support to existing clients, some of whom have been with us for many years. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with our technical team to implement and support Print Hardware and Document Management Software solutions (including Ricoh, Xerox, Docuware and PaperCut). Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting partnerships. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the document solutions industry. Proven track record in face-to-face sales and account management Familiarity with Print Hardware and Document Management Software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused team player.
