2. PowerBI (experience with development of dashboards)
3. Project Management Certificate - CAPM or PMP
4. Project Management - timeline tracking, milestone tracking

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Test and Engineering (PTE) Digital team is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to support their teams with a variety of operational responsibilities to support the project roadmap. The role also involves developing tools and workflows to support the operations & engineering leads with management of project finances and resources.
Headcount Tracking
o Support forecasting, tracking, and reporting of resources (Regular, Temporary, Intern, Consultants), including target headcount management
o Monitor project headcount planning in Tempus based on engineering roadmaps and approved targets
o Track and validate Digital project charging to support internal reporting
o Maintain job requisition alignment with department gaps and provide hiring status to leads
Capital Expenditures
o Consolidate capital forecast across Digital teams and submit reviewed forecast on yearly basis to finance
o Review Engineering Investment Council (EIC) presentations for purchases greater than ***K to ensure financial slides align with budget
o Assist Digital teams with general capital questions regarding Budget Line Numbers (BLNs), budget transfers, and other questions that may arise
Engineering Initiatives
o Support Digital initiatives and projects (such as Qultivate and Tester Capacity) to validate cost savings and overall status
o Test Time & Yield (TTY) support - follow up with leads on Cognos inputs for the monthly TTY cycle, ensure data accuracy for snapshots
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
o Consolidate data to track and manage Digital KPIs
o Create standardize presentations to reflect Digital KPI trends for executive presentations (i.e. QMS, All Hands, etc.)
o Assist with tracking requirements for Digital dashboards - current initiative is for the Foundry to System Data Optimization (FSDO)
Audit Support
o Collaborate with Digital leads to collect information required for audits
o Highlight areas where audit will not pass and work with leads on plan to resolve for audit
Drive improvements to new and established processes and reporting to increase efficiencies across teams
Other duties relating to support Digital teams as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft (or similar) Tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in data management and analysis in Excel, TM1, Tempus, Tableau, PowerBI, or other programs.
Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, project, or program management.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
Ability to quickly understand new processes and learn new tools
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Vlookup/Index Match)
Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate issues as they arise
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
