Join our talented team today as a **Weekend** **Server** at **Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis** We offer guaranteed hours and will train for this position We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood. **We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.** **Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis,** an independent and assisted living campus in Minneapolis, is hiring compassionate **Servers** to serve our residents, employees, and family member's meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike.

There are **Part-Time** positions available working every other weekend. No Late Nights

Saturdays: 11:00 am to 6:30 pm; 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Sundays: 7:00 am to 2:00 pm; 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

**Server responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.

* Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.

* Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.

* Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.

* Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.

* Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.

* Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

* Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.

* Perform additional tasks as needed.

**Server skills and requirements:**

* Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic math skills.

* Restaurant experience a plus
