Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring all project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks. Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to understand product specifications and requirements. Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a smooth transition from design to production. Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes for new products to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and implement quality control measures during the NPI process. Conduct thorough testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet quality standards.
