You manage and direct staff in the provision of program services to patients, residents, and clients.Education & Experience:+ Bachelor’s or master’s, as required for initial professional preparation, in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech/Language Pathology.+ Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions required.+ Current membership in professional organizations at the state and national level preferred.+ Two (2) to four (4) years of clinical experience required.+ One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred.Duties & Responsibilities:+ Ensures that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards and ensures that all Rehab services are in compliance with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement guidelines.+ Directs and assesses the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services considering available treatment hours, staff resources and overall plan of care.+ Participates in team meetings to formulate treatment plans, discuss progress and discharge planning, attends family/care giver conferences as needed or appropriate.+ Reviews therapist documentation practices for clarity, conciseness and consistency with patient outcome goals and payor expectations.+ Maintains a clinical caseload as needed.+ Generates and analyzes financial, operational and productivity reports as required; contributes to the development of the annual operating and capital budget.+ Ensures that weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs are accurate, complete and reported in a timely manner.+ Maintains sufficient staffing by responding to changes with impact staffing needs; ensure appropriate levels of professional and paraprofessional staff and maintains the clinical skill levels needed for the Program in accordance with budgetary and company guidelines.+ Supervises program staff in daily program operations and clinical activities; monitors staff efficiencies and routinely provides feedback.
