The Logistics Administrator is an integral part of our logistics operations, the successful candidate will support the team in ensuring daily tasks and customer requests are completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with our suppliers, transportation partners and internal teams to facilitate efficient logistics operations. Following systems training you will process purchase orders, invoices and delivery forms whilst also ensuring that our supply chain data and records are updated accurately. In this role you will manage a central email account ensuring all customer requests are resolved in a timely manner, you will raise order on our stock management system (training will be provided), monitor stock levels, coordinate and schedule logistical activities an compile regular reports detailing supply chain operations performance aiding in the continuous improvement of our processes.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working within a logistics environment, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will have experience with a Warehouse Management System and it would be desirable if you had experience using SAP S4 systems. This role is a hybrid split between our Warwick office and home, and the role will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of logistics activities.
