LaSalle Network is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Manager to develop and grow our team of recruiters and help us double our revenue in the next three years. As a Recruiting Manager , you'll have a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive team and collaborate with top recruiting and sales leaders to achieve ambitious goals.

Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-8 recruiters
  • Set performance metrics for the team and assist them in achieving their goals
  • Motivate the team and foster a positive morale
  • Responsible for deep diving into strategies and holds team(s) accountable to targeted recruiting plans and revenue goals
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients, industry trends and the candidate pool to effectively sell opportunities to applicants and support clients
  • Report on recruiting trends and provide feedback to upper management

Recruiting Manager Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited university
  • 2+ years in a management role
  • 5+ years of staffing and recruiting industry experience
  • Experience with setting and achieving metrics-driven goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
