Ruppert Landscape is currently seeking Crew Leader / Field Supervisor for locations in Fredericksburg, VA:

Lead a team of 3-5 people in all facets of the commercial landscape industry.
Train and develop team members that work under your supervision.
Manage quality, productivity, and safety on the job site.
Develop working relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment and keep in good working order.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others at other levels.
Demonstrated skill and ability to work with service customers.
At least one year of experience doing contract maintenance work in a commercial setting.
Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal.
Valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years.
Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen and DOT Physical

Calificaciones
Capacidad y habilidad demostrada de gestionar a otros en diferentes niveles.
Capacidad y habilidad demostrada de trabajar con clientes.
Al menos un ao de experiencia realizando trabajos de mantenimiento comerciales por contrato.
Conocimiento prctico de vehculos y equipos utilizados en contratos de mantenimiento y remocin de nieve.
Licencia de conducir vigente con antecedentes limpios de los ltimos tres aos.
