DescriptionRelationship Counselor Hybrid Position in Plantation, FL.Infinite Therapeutic Services is a private practice looking for a licensed psychotherapist to join our group practice as a W2 position. This position starts as a part-time position and grows into a full-time position, as you will receive a brand new caseload. We are offering the following opportunities to our employees:A W-2 position so you don't have to worry about taxes or other expenses. Private pay practice, so no insurance hassles. Minimal administrative tasks, paid as well.Development of clinical skills with internal and external training.Weekly meetings for clinical support.Administrative support for intake and ongoing support.User-friendly EHR.Competitive pay based on years of experience and specialties.Opportunity to grow financially and within the company.Benefits for a full-time position: PTO, paid training, and 401k. We also offer all the resources needed for sessions.We offer an environment for development, collaboration, and making a difference in the community while having fun We have quarterly group outings and holiday parties.Responsibilities•Can provide 25+ clinical hours a week for a full-time position•Open to working some evenings and Saturdays on a weekly basis. We are looking for one position to work Tuesday through Saturday.•Open to working both in person and online. We are located in Plantation, Florida•Keep up with training for licensureQualifications•Must be an LMFT, LMHC, or a psychologist who holds a valid Florida license and has a minimum of two years of experience•It is a plus if you have completed Gottman, EFT, Imago, or other similar marriage counseling training, and are able to demonstrate prior experience working with couples/families•Must be self-motivated, open to continued learning, and enthusiastic about working with relational issues•Additional certifications, such as EMDR training or trauma therapy are a plus•Experience working with children is a plus•Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
