Are you a recent graduate looking to begin your career? We are willing to train the right candidate. Entirety of the position is database management with call volume expectations. Knowledge of Breezy ATS is helpful or other recruiting database management software desired. Source candidates from intake session to pre-employment screenings to onboarding for a construction staffing company. Identify and implement methods to attract and recruit new talent for field positions.

Work closely with area manager to assist with client needs

Use Breezy ATS to manage candidate work-flows

Work with call expectations and requirements

Reporting and tracking in Breezy ATS including pipeline reports and available database of working and recruited candidates must track application statuses

Manage pre-employment process including background checks, reference checks, drug screens and physicals

Work with vendors and partners to meet ongoing talent needs

Comply with and focus on diversity hiring initiatives

Develop pipelines of candidates for various locations and skill sets

Skills Required

MS Office including Excel, Word and Gsuite - Breezy ATS

Ability to make charge of recruitment department and give reports to sales managers daily on recruiting efforts

Experience with core recruiting functions such as screening and interviewing

Able to successfully recruit both active and passive candidates using various sourcing strategies

Communicates clearly (verbally and in writing) to all levels of candidates & management

Knowledgeable of, and committed to, Affirmative Action and EEO principles Friendly, professional, and organized
