SCOPE OF JOB

The E-Commerce Support Specialist acts as the primary interface between our large retail distributors and our third-party business partners. This position is for someone who is an experienced and self-driven Marketplace Specialist, who has managed a product assortment for an online self-fulfillment seller. The E-Commerce Support Specialists main goal will be to ensure that all aspects of our E-Commerce Marketplace program are optimized, and that our seller performance and seller ratings embody best practices as well as work with other resources to optimize our sales and marketing efforts with our retail partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Manage the Amazon catalogs, including feeds and product listings.

* Research, develop and present new products for Amazon Marketplace.

* Coordinate new product launches

* Coordinate daily replenishment activities with the Production and Shipping Team to maintain inventory levels through all storefronts.

* Oversee and optimize new product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, ranking algorithms, and product search.

* Optimize listings per Amazon SEO best practices.

* Monitor competitors and adjust the approach to ensure our position as a category leader.

* Manage reporting to keep track of appropriate KPIs and sales data.

* Manage 3P Vendors to organize and dispute chargebacks, FBA fees, selling fees, etc., assuring all discrepancies are resolved.

* Manage PPC campaigns for all catalog items.

* Monitor Amazon account health and metrics, proactively alert production and customer service teams about any issues.

* Work together with the marketing team to define the best marketing strategies

* Analyze and report progress against campaign goals, sales data, and conversion rates.

* Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments in the future (e.g., Europe, Canada) as required.

* Manage online product reviews for the whole catalog to ensure top seller rating.

* Provide weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics and goal tracking, revenue, margin tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central

* Minimum 3 years of SEO experience with a strong focus on e-commerce

* Experience in managing an Amazon Marketplace Account/ Seller Central

* Experience working with AMC and PPC

* Ability to multi-task, is data oriented, and growth oriented

* Able to independently run Amazon and help establish and structure metrics surrounding Amazon performance
