Process documentation and training programs need to be created and maintained for several custom applications. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Develop, update and/or provide training for personnel through multiple methods that include in-person, online, and ad hoc. Assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums. Identify the best approach based on training requirements to include hardware, software, simulations, course assessment, examinations, computer-assisted training. Develop and revise training courses and materials. Prepare and maintain training schedules and new course materials. Update existing user manuals with application changes and new functionality. Work with the entire team (Developers, Testers, Analysts, and leadership) to understand new functionality and provide feedback regarding user interfaces. Support the team through updating and writing SOPs and documentation via technical and non-technical writing. Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes for delivery to the attendees. Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions: 2 to 4 years of experience working as a trainer in custom software applications that includes a mix of live training and creating video capture sessions using Adobe Captivate or Teams recordings. Exceptional knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Products. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities. Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. High business and technical aptitude to learn new applications. Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with multiple contractor and government teams. Strong self-motivation and organizational skills. Experience with computer-based training software.
