We have a comprehensive paid training that is designed to teach our new hires the ins-and-outs of every department we operate here, so we're not specifically looking for someone with decades of experience in the field, but someone who's willing to learn
Responsibilities:
[Rebranding]
Help redefine the company and build a better brand, focusing on community service and outreach.
[Sales Development]
Work together with the sales teams to understand the people that we serve, and how to best market to them.
[Leadership and Management]
Provide strong leadership to all departments and make sure all metrics and standards are being reached.
[Networking]
Build long-lasting relationships with our partners and clients.
[Product Development]
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, business, or other related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
A great attitude and ability to maintain composure in any situation.
