Job Description Design and implement strategies to assure that the required controls are in place to produce parts under specifications and that the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions Process is applied to improve the Quality of the product, for current and new products. Define the Inspection and testing mechanisms required by the different production cycle processes. Lead the Multifunctional Team on the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Process on RGA’s and DMR’s. Train and Supervise the Quality Technicians working under his/her areas of responsibility. Actively participate in the implementation/improvement of the Quality Management System. Actively support Engineering on the introduction of new products Qualifications Advanced English Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Process. Basic Statistics (Numerical Evaluation of Metrics, Components of Variation, Measurement System Evaluation, SPC, DOE).
