We are offering you to join our team as a Sales Specialist in our office in Tampa.

The newcomer will work in the Division majoring in selling FTL.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customers search, identifying new requirements providing price offers for new requests and getting the maximum number of orders;
  • Establishment/ renewal of contractual relations with former Customers;
  • Work on the development of the Customers found;
  • Participation in tender preparations;
  • Contract negotiation and signing;
  • Team work with the internal employees aiming at providing excellent service (FTL transportation);
  • Making quotes under all the requests and Order Releases when Ordered;
  • Fixing Communication History in Customers' profiles.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3PL and Sales experience;
  • Understanding of the United States transportation industry;
  • Experience with FTL (sales or operations) - obligatory;
  • Own portfolio of Customers (FTL business) - will be an additional advantage;
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team;
  • Ability to balance attention to detail and a quick execution time;
  • Strong organizational, and time management skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset.
