JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time T&E Legal Administrative Assistant in the Boston area. In this hybrid role, you will receive a competitive salary range of $70K-$75K and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will support a team of attorneys and paralegals, provide excellent customer service to clients and manage multiple priorities. To give you an idea of how this Legal Administrative Assistant role will look and feel, here are some things you can expect to do:

  • Document production and editing of legal documents
  • Manage attorney and paralegal time entries
  • Process and deliver client bills
  • Maintain client contacts
  • Serve as witness or Notary Public at client signing of original documents

The successful Legal Administrative Assistant applicant will have at least 3 years of relevant law firm experience. Experience working in an Estate Planning or Tax Law practice is ideal. Additional qualifications include:

  • Working knowledge in time keeping and billing systems
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Professional presentation and a motivation to take initiative
