**Job Duties**

* Perform plumbing design in MEP related projects working alongside and coordinating with all disciplines and Clients.

* Proficiency in understanding building codes and standards.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills, time management required.

* 5-15+ years of MEP industry plumbing design experience required.

* 5+ years of REVIT

* Proficient at AutoCAD design software experience.

* Design background and understanding of systems and applications in buildings and facilities, including coordination with other disciplines mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.

**Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors Degree in an engineering related field a plus

* Proficiency or experience in the following codes and standards: UPC, IPC, NFPA, & IBC

* Preferred design experience including fire protection, fuel oil, med gas, institutional, residential, and high rise preferred.

* EIT or PE a plus.

* LEED accreditation a plus.

* CPD certification a plus.
