Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy Code and enter invoices into the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Assist with month-end closing and accruals Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments Support audits and provide documentation as needed Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Employment details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Plastics Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Indelco Plastics Corporation.
