Accounts Payable Specialist (41761) Our client is an organization in the greater Minneapolis area looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The position requires 2+ years of AP experience and is onsite. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Support the effective and efficient management of AP and reimbursement processing. Receive, review, verify and process vendor invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation. Enter invoice and payment data into the accounting ERP system. Prepare and process payment runs. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies with vendors promptly. Accurately maintain employee expense reports and corporate card activity. Support internal and external audits. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Possession of the following skills and qualifications: Experience required Bachelors degree in accounting, business or a closely related field. 2+ years of relevant experience.
