Team Lead Position will be responsible for the follow:
- Ensuring all new hires are set up for training and complete successfully.
- Conducting all check-ins for expected labor.
- Communicating absences to leadership and sending out all required attendance reporting.
- Follow up with talent that are absent or tardy.
- Managing attendance point system and updating daily.
- Badge activations/deactivations.
- Providing both written and verbal updates to leadership on a daily basis.
- Facilitating all corrective action conversations and follow ups.
- Operating machines, when necessary, to ensure production needs are met.
