We're looking for a passionate teammate who's excited to lead Onboarding with a goal of delivering a positive and engaging first day at ALLO. HR Coordinators play a critical role in supporting every ALLO teammates through delivering exceptional, hassle-free service and support.RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact daily with teammates to deliver world class, hassle-free HR service and supportOversee new hire onboarding including:Create a great first impression for new ALLO teammatesConduct pre-hire communicationsProvide high quality communications to new hires during and immediately following orientation.Support the rollout and execution of human resource projects and new initiatives including but not limited to:Workers Comp administrationOnboarding process improvementsEngagement initiatives and eventsRandom drug screening programPartner with ALLO IT to ensure that all new hire hardware and software needs are being answered during the onboarding process.Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continual improvements of the business area and services performed.Maintain human resources information system records.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION: College degree or commensurate experience.EXPERIENCE:1-2 years HR experience preferred but not required.SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.Ability to work effectively under critical time pressures and maintain an appropriate sense of urgency.Passionate about helping the team achieve success and improve the ALLO employee experience.Ability to navigate the gray and adapt to changing work assignments.Customer focused; all teammates are the internal customers.REQUIREMENTS:Ability to operate a computerAbility to communicate informationRemain stationary for extended periodsPeople are our passion.
