Civil Project Manager Job Summary: The Civil Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of civil construction projects from start to finish. This individual will organize and oversee civil construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborates with engineers, estimators etc. to determine the specifications of the project. Outlines all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Requests equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Supervise the work of laborers, equipment operators etc. and provide them guidance when needed. Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Through understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: • At least three years of related experience required
