We are looking for a **SALES MANAGER**to join our dynamic, fast-paced Smart Vessel Solutions team.The desired location for this position is the US Gulf Coast to be based in Houston TX, Harvey LA or Fort Lauderdale FL.As a **SALES MANAGER**, you will engage with existing and potential Smart Vessel product customers and manage Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Technical or Business degree and 5+ years of Maritime B@B sales experience. * Higher Education (Master / Bachelor/technology) in technical or business field preferred

* Knowledge, direct experience, and subject matter expertise in Marine Automation, sensors and control systems

* 5 years of sales experience in the maritime sector or B2B sales preferred

* Solution based / Strategic selling methodology or willingness to learn

* Ability to speak across multiple organizational levels

* Public speaking/ Presentation skills

* Working knowledge of Office (essential), ERP and CRM (advantage) applications.

* Driving license

* Ability and willingness to travel (national and internationally), estimated to 40%

* Eager to sell, entrepreneur style, able to close deals

* Strong work ethic

* Autonomous to fulfill tasks

* Excellent analytical skills

* Open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change

* Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, social and outgoing

* International network and cross-cultural understanding is an advantage
