We are looking for an Associate Creative Director and Lead Creative Strategist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role is crucial for driving project vision, conceptualizing strategies, executing creative, and ensuring all creative outputs exceed client expectations and Fresh Tape Media’s high standards. This position impacts the pre-sale/pitch process, project implementation, post-production, and client management. Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy and Implementation: - Develop and implement creative strategies that exceed client expectations and highlight Fresh Tape Media’s excellence. - Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and alignment with strategic initiatives across all content. - Execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively and strategically excellent. - Evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics and feedback to drive future improvements. Pre-Sale and Pitch Process: - Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and objectives. - Lead the creative aspect of pitch presentations and demonstrations. - Innovate and refine creative strategies to align with prospective clients' brands and marketing goals. Project Kickoff and Implementation: - Work with the Creative Director to oversee the creative process from concept to execution. - Collaborate with the production team to define project scopes, milestones, and resources, setting clear expectations and timelines. Client Relationships: - Serve as the primary creative lead in client communications, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. - Present creative concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating their feedback. - Build and sustain client trust by delivering high-quality work and understanding their business challenges. - Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Conduct regular check-ins and review sessions to provide guidance and feedback. - Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Basic Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house role working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns with a strong, diverse portfolio. - Experience on set during production and comfortable serving as a director during shoots. - Excellent client relationship-building skills. - Proven experience managing a team from concept to execution. - Interest in marketing trends, social media strategies, and new technologies. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of and interest in sports and the latest trends in the sports creative industry is a plus. - Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in various media delivery models is a plus.
