If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families, join our mission-driven team and experience a career well lived.Family Centered Clinician*$3000 New hire bonus*Provide In-Home Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted, contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provide In-Home Therapy to identified youth and families within given catchment areaParticipate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and familiesMay provide outreach counseling to individuals, groups, families, and couplesConsult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessaryAttend weekly supervision, and staff meetings and consultations as requiredFollow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home TherapyAssist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs.Submit documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timelyOutreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI servicesParticipate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned)Respond to client emergencies as neededOther duties as requiredQualifications:Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, or Psychology, Social Worker or some other related degree is required.1 year of experience working with Children and youth required.A valid driver's license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required.Excellent organizational skills,Be a self-startedExperience with electronic health records a plus.Why join us?Full-TimeFull compensation/benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week401(k) with company matchPay on demandNew hire bonusMileage reimbursementQuarterly productivity bonusesPaid time off, holiday pay, annual bonus planComplex work adding value to the organization's mission alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunitiesJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families, we encourage you to join Mentor South Bay's mission of helping everyone live a full and happy life.
