If you are an ambitious, self-directed, and energetic pharmacist, we want you to apply today to join our dedicated team of professionals DESCRIPTION OF WORK We seek a knowledgeable and dedicated pharmacist to help us facilitate hope, healing, and recovery in our patients. Your primary responsibility will be filling medication orders and prescriptions and examining each for adverse reactions, duplications, incompatibilities, and allergies. You will package and apply auxiliary labels accordingly and provide patients and other medical staff information on use, dosage, side effects, and safety. Utilizing exceptional communication skills, you will engage directly with patients and nursing staff, ensuring clear guidance and minimizing the risk of adverse reactions. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Special Requirements: You must have possession of a license to practice pharmacy as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation. A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
