We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy services at Norristown State Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily and administrative functions of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Oversee and execute all pharmacy services, including medication management and inventory control
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including fiscal audits and invoices
• Ensure compliance with regulations on controlled substances and other relevant laws
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

• Minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting
• License to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Pass a background investigation and medical examination
