Location Description:

Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and guest- centric Barista to join our St. Pete Social Team at Bellwether Beach Resort

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
  • Previous experience as a Barista/Server is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties

  • Welcome guests with a friendly greeting upon entering the lobby.
  • Respond to any ingredient-related inquiries that guests may have.
  • Collect orders from customers while paying close attention to specific details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, etc.
  • Prepare beverages, including alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes.
  • Serve beverages and a selection of prepared foods such as cookies, pastries, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches.
  • Process payment transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charge payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Restock the work area as needed.
  • Check brewing and coffee equipment to ensure proper operation and report any necessary maintenance requirements.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items.
  • Service the pool area.
  • Take room service orders.
