Job Description
The Server/Brista is responsible for delivering strong guest relationships and delivering operational excellence of Cigar Paradise Royal Lounge location, as part of a team that achieves high results.
SERVING/BARISTAS
The Server/Baristas position will provide exceptional customer service while making hand-crafted, quality coffee beverages. Maintains a clean and organized workspace. Provides beverage knowledge with our spirits list and knowing our cocktail menu for any questions. Making consistently for all customers by adhering to all coffee recipes and presentation standards. Server/Baristas follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Server/Baristas required the ability to learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification. Arranges coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays. Server/Baristas maintain the service area, couches, tables and patio area in a neat and sanitary manner. Greet customers, take orders, and serve great customer service with customer specifications.
