Customer Service Billing and House Cleaning Crew Coordinator

As our Billing and House Cleaning Crew Coordinator, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. You are responsible for handling billing and processing requests and assisting in the management of the Home Service Professional (HSP's). Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities:Billing ProcessingDeposit entry and set up for bankingTake billing calls, processing payments database updates such as credit cards, addresses, e-mail and phone changesTrack & Follow Up on balances owed. Call/Collect customers who fall behind on payments.Track and charge lockout fees, cancellation fees etcBring to Managements attention any upcoming appointments who owe high balances Print out report & add updates on reasons and any 30 - 60 day outstanding reports statusCustomer database quality control of entries and coding for better management of schedulesReceive incoming calls in professional and courteous mannerSchedule estimates & cleansPerform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn businessPerform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventoryPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsHSP coordinationAssisting Quality Control and HSP Manager with the HSP crewPreparing route schedules the day before and morning paperwork and keys for the TeamsAdvising teams of any changes, making sure they understand notes, cleaning needs, directionsPreparing and making sure supplies needed are provided to HSP's along with QC Manager day prior and any last minute item changes or requests in the morning.Inventory Control and Management3rd or 4th in line to answer phones when other line of order is not present or as necessaryHelp QC Manager with HSP's communications, meetings, translation, requests, maintenance and forward any bonus tracking info for proper creditSending Welcome Letters, Policy Letters to new Clients and updates of CalendarsAssist QC Manager with inventory needs and controlMove cars to advertising locations.In charge of and securing car and home keys in boxesJob Requirements:Minimum two years admin experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry skillsPositive AttitudeTeam player who can work independently as well as within a teamWe are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow-upCompensation: 12.00 Plus bonus scheme When you put on a Molly Maid® uniform, you become part of a family-a team of people committed to excellent customer service and passionate about giving families the joy of a cleaned home and the relief from needing to do it themselves.
