We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting technicians in the field, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, service technicians, and office teams to ensure all job stages are documented, scheduled, and communicated effectively.
  • Take incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing top-tier customer service.
  • Coordinate scheduling for technicians using technology-based tools.
  • Assist with accurate job descriptions, timely task completion, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through pleasant phone conversations and proactive communication.
  • Support administrative duties for service team leaders, including data entry and task coordination.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve communication and streamline processes.

  • Are experienced in using technology for scheduling and communication.
  • Have strong attention to detail for daily data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, both in-office and with field technicians.
  • Find maintaining positive client relations and providing support rewarding.
Exceptional Customer Service Representative Candidates:
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role.
  • Understand the construction industry, particularly permitting and inspections.
  • Are familiar with the electrical trade or similar technical industries.
  • Have experience with data entry for accounts receivable and payable.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-up, and accountability.
