JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do The Lead Analyst, EnterpriseGovernance will collaborate with other members of our EnterpriseGovernance team to provide senior management the assurance needed thatinternal controls are effectively designed and operating across theorganization, policies and procedures are being consistently applied,and accounting and financial reporting are accurate and of top quality.This individual will work with the Company\'s business unit andcorporate teams on a regular basis, providing a great understanding ofhow JCI operates as a whole and developing skills relevant to many otherroles throughout the organization. This is a hybrid role that will work3 days/week in the Glendale, WI office. How you will do it Provideadvisory and management support on matters related to governance andinternal controls Assist with maintenance of SOX matrix and assessmentof design effectiveness Analyze processes and data to assess levels ofcompliance with applicable policies, adequacy of controls, efficiencyand effectiveness of operations, and completeness/accuracy of reportedfinancial information Assess the operating effectiveness of controls forindividual entities/processes as part of management\'s ongoingmonitoring activities and communicate findings to leadership Workclosely with internal and external audit functions, providing support tocontrol/process owners Perform assigned SOX activities, such as planningand assisting with action plans to remediate control deficiencies Assistin facilitation of annual Finance global policy review, maintenance ofthe Company\'s delegation of authority matrix, and completion of SSAE 18report reviews Partner with business and IT team members to identify andremediate SOD conflicts Develop and facilitate training sessions oncontrol-related matters to various groups throughout the organizationIdentify impact of significant process and system changes on therelevant internal controls What we look for Minimum 3 years ofexperience in external or internal audit functions, or similar SOX /controls / governance roles, or a combination of these experiences Mustbe able to communicate and collaborate with global team members CPAcertification desired, but not required #LI-CC4 #LI-Hybrid JohnsonControls International plc. is an equal employment opportunity and...For full info follow application link.
