A front of house team member plays a vital role in multiple functions within our restaurants. This job is best fit for someone who can interact with a lot of guests each day, under pressure and in a fast paced environment. It requires you to be able to stay calm, serve guests efficiently while sharing your broad knowledge on all the food and beverage items on our menu. This position will have both register duties as well as prepping the world's most beautiful acai bowls and smoothies

Your responsibilities will include welcoming all guests that walk into our shop You will be providing our guests with the highest level of customer service. You are the first person the guest sees when they walk in and will ensure each guest is greeted when coming into our shop. You will be responsible for taking guests orders on the POS ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete. Youll share your knowledge about the ingredients and benefits of all items on our menu, while helping guest decide what to order. Other times while working a shift as a front of house team member you will be responsible for prepping, preparing, and delivering completed acai bowls and smoothies to our guests. You will be working closely with the front of house team at all times to ensure that the work environment stays clean and that all policies and procedures for health and food safety are followed.

*Previous front of house experience is helpful although not required.
