Vale Group is excited to partner with a leading commercial drywall contractor in the United States, currently seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager to oversee their high-profile projects. This critical role, based onsite, offers a competitive salary reflective of the candidate's expertise and experience between 125-175k. The Sr Project Manager will be instrumental in driving project success, managing timelines, budgets, and teams, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsibilities of the Sr Project Manager:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project duration, maintaining project documentation and reporting as required.
  • Foster a safe and dynamic work environment, upholding the company's commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future endeavors.
Requirements for the Sr Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry, with specific expertise in drywall contracting.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale construction projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
