Network Engineer

Join this dynamic team and become an integral part of a thriving IT solutions provider. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to contribute to this IT Solutions Provider client-focused approach and ensure the seamless operation of network infrastructure.
As a Network Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on network-related matters, recommending optimal solutions, and contributing to the deployment of cutting-edge products and services. Your commitment to excellence and problem-solving skills will be key in maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert recommendations to clients on network solutions, computer hardware, and software deployment.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional job performance.
Travel to customer sites for the seamless deployment of products and services.
Respond promptly to support requests and deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate in the development of formal product deployment plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Certification – MTA required, MCSE preferred.
Minimum of four years of experience in IT support.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Outstanding multitasking and communication skills.
Excellent written, grammar, and documentation skills.
Strong knowledge of computer and network hardware, including switches and routers.
Expertise in LAN/WAN architecture and best practices in Windows environments.
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and VPN.
Proficient in virtualization, storage, firewalls, backup, and disaster recovery.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with antivirus solutions, Terminal Services (RDS), SQL, and Microsoft Exchange.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Superior interpersonal communication skills for client interactions.
Team player with the ability to thrive under high-pressure situations.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary:
Competitive salary of $80,000.
