Position Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant who can handle both Corporate Accounting and Financial Analysis to join our growing team. This is a new position that will handle the corporate general ledger and perform analysis of financial data. It also will assist with customer collection and treasury.

This role will report to the Sr. Global Controller in the Finance department. While the corporate headquarter is based in Irvine, CA, you will work on site Monday through Friday together with the rest of Finance team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record accounting GL transactions on corporate book for accounts including cash, rebate accrual, commission accrual, allocation, and cost reclass.

Perform monthly reconciliations for the above GL accounts and others as needed.

Perform daily cash reconciliation for management s visibility of cash flow.

Share the customer collection with AR Manager and assist with other treasury tasks as needed.

Perform financial analysis including flux, revenue, cost, and gross margin, etc.

Assist with budget and forecast as needed.

Able to work with external auditors from KMJ independently to provide quality supporting schedules and financial analysis as required. Can figure out the best approach to process audit requests and provide quickly.

Support the Company s internal control implementation and external testing by KMJ auditors through the year as needed.

Support the Company s SEC report filing by Financial Reporting Manager with quality backup schedules and accounting disclosures as needed.

Assist with system implementations of new finance / accounting programs as needed.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate accounting, treasury, and financial analysis experience, preferably from a publicly traded company.

Abundant experience of handling JEs, reconciliations, cash reconciliation and forecast, financial analysis, and customer collection before.

Take ownership of corporate accounting and financial analysis with growth potential to manage multiple projects at the same time.
CPA firm experience or CPA license registered in the USA

Prior knowledge about Sage Intacct. and NetSuite will be helpful.

Experience In Semi-conductor Or Technology Industry Preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently and multi-task by deadline in a fast-paced environment.
