Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in email and push notification deployment and management; 5+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot); Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work in a matrixed organization
Build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
Understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, where requirements often change
Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of marketing technology implementation
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or tech brand
Proven experience driving marketing transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement efforts across teams to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies via CRM tools
Serve as a business-side super-user for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, supporting strategic and operational CRM team members, including being the subject matter expert on what's possible with our existing technology and what's needed to meet evolving requirements
Prioritize internal IT and vendor work for CRM tools with a focus on achieving business goals and KPIs
Ensure best practices are followed in the development and use of CRM tools
Manage and maintain the quality assurance process within the digital team and deliver feasible solutions
Analyze data to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments for optimization
Create digital architectures to attract and retain customers
Maintain marketing software including operating it as an administrator, monitoring data quality, and identifying outdated or unused products
